幼儿园家长会是家园共育的重要桥梁,旨在加强家庭与幼儿园之间的沟通与合作,共同促进幼儿的全面发展。我们的家长会通常安排在学期初、具体时间一般选择在周末或工作日的晚上,方便家长参加。一般来说,家长会的时长控制在 1.5 - 2 小时左右。
家长会的内容通常包括幼儿园的历史、办园特色、师资力量、设施设备等方面,让家长对幼儿园有一个全面的了解。在家长会中我们老师会详细介绍幼儿园的课程体系,如语言、数学、科学、艺术、体育等领域的教学内容和教学方法,以及如何通过课程促进幼儿的全面发展。
老师也会根据幼儿的年龄特点和发展水平,向家长介绍孩子在语言表达、认知能力、社会交往、情绪管理等方面的发展情况,分享一些家园共育的方法和经验,如如何培养孩子的良好习惯、如何与孩子进行有效的沟通、如何在家中开展亲子阅读等,帮助家长更好地教育孩子。
同时强调幼儿园的安全管理制度和措施,如食品安全、消防安全、户外活动安全等,提醒家长在家中也要加强对孩子的安全教育,提高孩子的自我保护意识。
在家长会中,老师预留时间让家长提出问题和建议,教师和幼儿园管理人员进行解答和交流,共同探讨如何更好地促进幼儿的成长和发展。
The parents' meeting in kindergartens is an important bridge for home-kindergarten co-education, aiming to enhance communication and cooperation between families and kindergartens and jointly promote the all-round development of children. Our parents' meetings are usually arranged at the beginning of the semester, and the specific time is generally chosen on weekends or evenings on working days to facilitate parents' participation. Generally speaking, the duration of the parents' meeting is controlled within 1.5 to 2 hours.
The content of the parents' meeting usually includes the history of the kindergarten, its characteristics of running the kindergarten, teaching staff, facilities and equipment, etc., allowing parents to have a comprehensive understanding of the kindergarten. In the parents' meeting, our teachers will introduce in detail the curriculum system of the kindergarten, such as teaching contents and teaching methods in the fields of language, mathematics, science, art, sports, etc., and how to promote the all-round development of children through the curriculum.
Teachers will also introduce to parents the development situation of children in aspects such as language expression, cognitive ability, social interaction, and emotion management based on children's age characteristics and development levels, and share some methods and experiences of home-kindergarten co-education, such as how to cultivate children's good habits, how to have effective communication with children, and how to carry out parent-child reading at home, to help parents educate children better.
At the same time, the safety management system and measures of the kindergarten are emphasized, such as food safety, fire safety, outdoor activity safety, etc., and parents are reminded to also strengthen the safety education of children at home and improve children's self-protection awareness.
In the parents' meeting, teachers reserve time for parents to raise questions and suggestions, and teachers and kindergarten administrators answer and communicate to jointly explore how to better promote the growth and development of children.
